Write notes for editing

Notes lets you write what each photo needs: for yourself, an editor or a retoucher.

Write a note

1. Click Notes. Your active photos are listed on the left; pick one.
2. Type in Notes & comments on the right. You can use bold, italic, colours, highlights, lists, alignment and links (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+U, Ctrl+K for a link; ⌘ on a Mac).
3. Notes are saved automatically ("All changes saved").

Quick notes

Under the editor, Quick notes add common instructions with one click, such as *Brighten exposure*, *Skin retouch* or *Crop / straighten*. Click again to remove one. The ones you use most move to the front, and Edit list lets you write your own.
