Your plan and computers
See your plan in the app, how many computers you can use, and how to move to a new one.
In the app
Open Settings (gear button) → Account to see your plan, its status, when it's valid until, the features it includes and your computers (for example "1 of 2 in use"). Plan & billing and Manage account on the website open the website.
Computers
Each plan lets you use Optelect on a set number of computers at the same time.
- Moving to a new computer? On the old one, choose Sign out in Settings → Account: this frees its place.
- Lost access to the old computer? Remove it from Computers on the website.
Renewing
Plans are paid in advance and don't renew by themselves. We email you 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends. To continue, buy a plan again on Plans & billing: if your current plan is still running, the new time is added after it, so you lose nothing by paying early.
Your photos stay private
Optelect only goes online to check your account and plan. Your photos, faces, notes and the analysis stay on your computer.
